Dr. (Mrs) Fasilat Olanike, Deji obtained her B.Agric. (Hons) , M.Phil and PhD from the Obafemi awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She is currently a Senior Lecturer in the department of Agricultural Extension and rural Sociology. her area of interests are in women programmes, gender and social Policy Studies. She also works in the area of participatory methodology in Gender and Rural Development Research.
